El trabajo de Huang Qingjun y Ma Hongjie fue uno de los descubrimientos de la pasada feria PARIS PHOTO. El título de esta serie de imágenes es Family Stuff.
He intentado buscar información sobre estos fotógrafos, pero no he encontrado ninguna entrevista ni ningún texto. Mi interés en este trabajo reside en que en él se mezcla el espacio privado con el espacio público y de una manera muy sencilla y eficaz nos habla de los cambios que está experimentando la población china. Es sorprendente comprobar las pocas posesiones que tenía la mayoría de la gente, y como entre ellas están la televisión y la antena parabólica.

Huang Qingjun and Ma Hongjies work was one of the discoveries I made at last PARIS PHOTO fair. The title of this series is Family Stuff.
I have tried to look for information about these photographers, but I haven’t found any inteview or text. My interest in this work lies in its mixture of the private and the public space and also how, through a very simple and efficient way, it speaks about the changes that Chinese population are undergoing. It is surprising to notice how few stuff most of the population had, and to see that the television and the satellite antenna are among them .
